Aug 29, 2017 This wikiHow teaches you how to create an email signature in Microsoft Outlook. You can create a signature in all three of Outlook's platforms: online, in the mobile app, and in the desktop program that comes with an Office 365 subscription.
Edit Signatures option 2. The Signatures window will now be displayed. If you have not created a signature before, an existing blank template will be available named Standard. If you would like to create another signature for use, click on the plus icon (+) in the bottom-left hand corner of the signature name list. Fill in your signature details in the open text field on the right-hand side.

If you would like to set your new signature as default for new messages, replies and forwards, select the name of your signature from the new messages and/or replies/forwards drop-down list. To save your changes, close the Signatures window.
